Endurance Matters offers fully personalized training programs tailored to meet your unique training specifications. Endurance Matters will provide you with a customized bi-weekly training plan. No longer second-guess your training with detailed training guidance. Each member will receive a training schedule tailored to meet your personal training goals. You will receive unlimited email consultation. Maintain constant interaction with your personal coach. You will receive expert advice for all your training questions.
While some programs work better than others, there is no one-size-fits-all training program, which works for everyone. To get the results you're after training needs to be tailored to meet your personal training goals! Endurance athletes are individuals with varying strengths, weaknesses, goals, levels of commitment, and daily routines.
Therefore, a training program needs to be designed to meet your particular training requirements. Precise monitoring and feedback is necessary for continuous long-term improvement. The Endurance Matters program provides around the clock feedback to guide you towards your individual training goals.
But most important, enjoy the process. Who you become on your way towards achieving your meaningful goal is as important, if not more important as the goal itself. Have fun and watch what happens as you work towards your goal!

STEP 1: ATHLETE ASSESSMENT Fill-out a complimentary athlete questionnaire on-line. This questionnaire will gather information pertaining to your current lifestyle and training habits.
STEP 2: EVALUATION Within 5 days you will receive an evaluation of your previous training habits determining strengths and weaknesses, and how to best proceed with your up-coming training. At this point you can decide whether Endurance Matters is the right approach for you!
STEP 3: FOLLOW-UP Once registered there will be a follow-up email to gather more details and/or clarification to begin preparing your training plan.
STEP 4: DESIGN OF YOUR TRAINING PLAN A few days will be spent preparing your customized training plan. That will account for work and family commitments, chronic injuries and individual goals, etc.
STEP 5: GET STARTED! Once the design of your training plan is complete. You will be sent your schedule via email. Schedules are designed on a bi-weekly basis. This encourages participants to provide plenty of email correspondences and feedback that is considered when developing your next block of training.
